If you become a client, the relationship is governed by a separate written service agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Descriptions of services, protocols, and membership levels on this site are informational. They describe how we generally work, not a binding commitment as to what will be performed at a particular property. Scope is fixed in your written care plan and service agreement following a property assessment.

Published prices are stated as starting figures. Actual pricing depends on the property, its systems, its occupancy pattern, and the scope agreed, and is quoted in writing before any engagement begins.

Sample documents shown on this site, including the sample condition report, are illustrative and redacted. They do not represent any identifiable client or property.

Articles published in our journal reflect our practical experience with coastal property. They are not legal, insurance, engineering, or financial advice. Insurance requirements in particular vary by carrier and by policy; confirm yours with your agent in writing rather than relying on anything written here.

Submitting the form on this site does not create a client relationship, an engagement, or an obligation on either side. It begins a conversation. Please provide accurate information so that our response is useful, and please do not send confidential or sensitive material through the form.
