Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Shoreline Luxury Estate Services LLC (“Shoreline,” “we,” or “us”) handles information collected through https://luxuryshoreline.com. It does not govern information you provide to us in the course of an engagement, which is addressed in your service agreement and in our confidentiality standard.

Information you give us. When you submit a consultation request we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the general location of your property, the service you are interested in, and anything you choose to write in the message field. We do not ask for a street address, financial information, or any government identifier through this website.

Information collected automatically. If analytics is enabled we collect standard measurement data through Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, referring source, device and browser type, and marketing campaign parameters present in the URL. We instruct Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses.

Spam prevention. Form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address and limited browser signals in order to distinguish a person from an automated script. Turnstile does not track you across sites. Cloudflare explains this processing in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

• To respond to your consultation request and correspond with you.
• To prepare a property assessment and proposal, if you ask us to.
• To understand which pages and sources produce genuine enquiries, so we can improve the site.
• To prevent abuse of the contact form.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it to build an advertising profile of you.

Consultation requests are delivered to our monitored inbox through Resend and recorded in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, so that no enquiry is lost. This website is hosted on Vercel. Measurement, where enabled, is provided by Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics. Each of these providers processes information under contract and only as instructed by us.

Consultation requests are retained in our CRM for as long as there is a live prospect relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off. You may ask us to delete your record at any time.

• Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you in plain language.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your record, subject to any records we are required to keep.
• Ask us to stop contacting you, which we will honour immediately.

We do not publish client names, addresses, or photographs of client properties in any marketing material, including this website. Sample documents shown on this site are redacted. This is a standing commitment, not a preference.

This website is directed at adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects information you have already given us, contact you directly.
